Enjoy the tranquility of this resort situated on 860 acre scenic site in the majestic Drakensberg mountains, which form part of the 4th World Heritage Site. The Resort offers four restaurants and bars, 18 hole golf course, two conference facilities, diverse sporting activities, 92 Rooms in three categorie. Additional facilities include Teen Scene, Kiddies Playlounge, Superette/Souvenir Shop, Discovery Park, Business Centre, Peacock Lounge, Hippo Pools, and Body and Soul Spa.
All accommodation at the resort is spacious and comfortable, offering a choice of contemporary rooms or thatched bungalows. All rooms have a private bathroom, television, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities.
Enjoy a game of golf at The Glengarry Country Club, which is the only 18-hole golf course in Southern Berg and overlooks the picturesque Lake KwaNyoni and the famous Rhino Horn peak as a backdrop. The first and the eighteenth holes are flanked by the trout dam, which is always well stocked! Breakfast and light lunches are served in the Restaurant, on the terrace or in the cozy Glengarry Bar. There are also a number of other restaurants available on the property ideal for groups , light meals or just leisurely and casual dining with great atmosphere.
GLENGARRY GOLF CLUB RESTAURANT AND BAR: Open for breakfast and lunch. 50 seater indoor restaurant and magnificent al fresco deck overlooking the trout dam and spectacular views of Rhino Horn Peak. Fire place in the bar area for those cosy `Berg days!
For the non golfer, DRAKENSBERG GARDENS WELLNESS CENTRE invites you treat yourself to an oasis of tranquility with breathtaking views, unsurpassed natural spoils and the serenity of luxurious Spa treatments in the fresh mountain air and scenic mountain backdrop . Wellness Centres consists of a sauna and plunge pool, two jacuzzis, two steam rooms, a 24 jet hydrotherapy bath (heated) as well as a fully equipped gym with cardiovascular circuit, weight training and juice bar. The Wellness Centre also includes Cellu-Beauty Wellness Retreat, which offers 5 treatment rooms (booking is essential).
