Set in a 1000 acre wilderness estate in the shadow of Cathkin Peak and Champagne Castle this family owned resort provides a wide range of activities to keep you entertained. The accommodation is tasteful and luxury Self Catering thatch cottages available are ideal for romantic escapes or family getaways. An option of various size chalets are available, accommodating couples in 2 sleepers to 6 sleepers catering for all families.
There is a restaurant on the property, for those who prefer not to self cater and treat yourself to excellent A La-Carte menus and international Buffet specials. The restaurant was recently graded four stars by the Tourism Grading Council and is renowned for its warm ambiance.
You will have the opportunity to experience the awesome beauty of the Drakensberg up close and personal, on a 15 to 20 minute Scenic Flight (depending on wind conditions) which lingers along the face of the Champagne/Cathkin escarpment, a truly breathtaking experience!
Your majestic mountain retreat includes:
- 2 nights self catering (Standard) accommodation, with option to include meals should you wish to eat at the restaurant.
- 1 Scenic helicopter flip per person (minimum 2 people) flight from Dragon Peaks up to the main escarpment of the Drakensberg. (15 minutes)
